End of Tenancy Cleaning FAQs
How much notice do I need to give?
As with all things, it’s always good to give as much notice as possible to guarantee our availability. That said, we can arrange cleaning at short notice, as long as we have a team available.
Can I leave my stuff in the property?
Ideally, it’s best if the property is completely empty, save for any furniture which belongs to the landlord. However, if we’re only talking about a box or two, then we’ll probably be able to work around it.
Is it okay if you use cleaning products I provide?
Broadly speaking, we’re happy to use products supplied by our clients where desired. But it’s also worth bearing in mind that FastKlean is an environmentally-responsible company and we will not use products that are known to be harmful to the environment, pets or humans.
How long does it take to clean the property?
Obviously, it depends on the size of the property. We aim to get the job done as quickly as possible, but not at the expense of quality. As a rule, it’s a good idea to allow a full day, though we would usually expect to complete the clean more quickly than that.
Are you insured in case something gets damaged?
Yes, we hold substantial professional indemnity insurance in the unlikely event that there is any damage or something gets broken in the course of our work.
What happens if I’m not happy with the quality of your work?
We’re confident you’ll be delighted with the service you receive from us. But in the unlikely event that you are genuinely dissatisfied in any respect, we’ll repeat the clean at no extra cost.
