FastKlean is immensely proud of our extensive team of professional cleaners: at present we have access to 250 full and part-time cleaners. Every one of our extensive roster of cleaners is fully insured and security-vetted. We request proof of ID, proof of address and obtain references to gain information on character and experience. Chief Executive Officer
FastKlean was the brainchild of dynamic businesswoman Antoaneta Tsicheva in 2001. Antoaneta was beginning to recognise massive shifts in the working patterns of the British which placed pressures on time and family life. A ‘time-poor’ society, both at home and at work presented opportunities for a highly professional cleaning company, offering the highest standards of professional cleaning and customer care. Antoaneta astutely recognised that having a cleaner would no longer be the preserve of the very wealthy but an integral part of a busy lifestyle.
Since 2001, Antoaneta has grown the cleaning company and expanded the scale of operations to cover Greater London and develop an ever-growing portfolio of services. Based at our head-office in London, Antoaneta uses her entrepreneurial expertise to constantly evolve the business and is an influential business leader in the local community. As CEO of an ever-evolving company, Antoaneta is responsible for the development of policy and procedure and the future direction of the FastKlean brand. She is very hands-on in her management of all aspects of Health & Safety, employment law and human resources.
We believe that a good on-going relationship with our clients is vital to providing an excellent service and have therefore committed on-going resources at a senior level to ensure high standards are met throughout all our client-contracts. Quality and performance are constantly monitored and maintained by our experienced on-site supervisors in addition to further auditing by two levels of management.
Chief Operational Officer
The large scale of day-to-day operations at FastKlean is managed by Tia Harris, a highly respected and experienced manager in her field. Overseeing the smooth operation of services, training and HR, she brings her expertise to FastKlean to ensure the company maintains the highest of industry-standards. Tia oversees a large administrative team who are an essential component in the FastKlean success story.
Reni Voycheva brings to our cleaning company meticulous financial skills gained over many years in accountancy. Overseeing, all our management accounting systems, she is also involved in ensuring performance targets are met. Regular financial audits, record-keeping, and HR issues also come under her remit.
Dayana Nikolova oversees all aspects of marketing communications and alongside Antoaneta, has responsibility for the strategic overview of the FastKlean brand. Diana uses all the available marketing tools to create a communication model that maximises online techniques and social media. FastKlean have built up an expertise in social media marketing and often advise other businesses about how to utilise this exciting development.
Svetlana Kaloferova is our Senior Supervisor who has been an integral part of FastKlean from day one. She is entrusted with the most hands-on duties and responsibilities, namely, staff training and on-site supervision. Svetlana has successfully implemented new methods to increase our operatives’ efficiency, effectiveness and brand awareness. Punctuality, top class customer service, cleaning thoroughness and immaculate final product are only a few of the crucial points Svetlana takes charge of. Her integrity, pro-activeness, strong commitment and solid work ethic make her an irreplaceable asset.
