The client is solely responsible for their own health and safety and that of other persons in the premises when the property is being cleaned
As per the company’s terms and conditions, the client agrees to inspect the work immediately after it is been completed and to draw to the attention of the cleaner if unsatisfied with anything. IF THE CLIENT IS UNABLE TO RETURN AT THE END OF THE SESSION, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY CLAIMS OR REQUEST MADE BY THE CLIENT.
1. Our terms and conditions clearly state that we can only accept a damage claim if a statement is made whilst the operative is still in the property.
2. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inspect service results and provide details of any issues immediately at the end of the session whilst our operative is on site. This is to ensure your complete satisfaction and prevent the need of any re-cleaning appointments.
