Tackle invisible germs
Category: Cleaning Companies
To most of us, dust, stains and fingerprints are the worst culprits of a dirty home. Unfortunately though, it's the invisible germs that are the real issue. Many people don't realise this, as you can't see them, but just because your house looks clean, it doesn't mean that it really is.
Not to worry though, because tackling germs is just as easy as tackling dust and dirt, as long as you know what you're doing.
It's important that you make sure to target areas that are most likely to harbour potentially harmful germs, such as door knobs, cupboard handles, light switches and taps. You should wipe these with disinfectant wipes or a spray every few days to keep germs at bay. In the summer months, you might even want to increase the frequency of this, as sweaty hands can have even more germs.
You should also embrace sunlight in your home, as germs breed much more readily in darkness. Keep the curtains open and let in as much sun as you can to stop them spreading any more than usual.
It's also a good idea to leave clothes to dry in the sunshine and then, if possible, keep them hung up on the wall rather than throwing them into a dark cupboard where the germs will be encouraged to start breeding again. Similarly, be wary of storing your toothbrush in a dark bathroom medicine cabinet - instead pop it into a glass and let the sunlight get to it.
If you're not keen to spend your time banishing these invisible germs though, then you should call in the experts to do it for you.
