Treat yourself to a chore-free weekend
Category: Cleaning Companies
However, would the prospect of a completely chore-free weekend be enough to convince you to put off relaxing for just 90 minutes more?
That's how long it takes to carry out a Friday night blitz which, in most cases, will be enough to see you through the weekend.
Of course, not everything can be taken care of in this time - clean for just 90 minutes every week and you'll soon find yourself with grimy floors, streaky windows and a kitchen you wouldn't be too happy to entertain friends in.
Once in a while, however, this is just the right amount to get your home looking good enough to take the whole weekend off, but only if you approach your blitz with military-like precision.
Consider breaking your 90 minutes into ten-minute chunks: one can be dedicated to wiping down door knobs and handles, both breeding grounds for invisible germs. The next short spell can be used to vacuum the lounge and the hallway, while ten minutes of dusting will also make a marked difference.
Similarly, spending just ten minutes picking up the clothes that you have been too tired to hang up during the working week, or tidying away toys that have been cluttering the place over the past few days, will easily be sufficient to transform your home from a mess into your own little oasis of calm, perfect for a box set and a bottle.
But, of course, you may just want to skip to the good part of the weekend - and that's where professional cleaners come in. For them, 90 minutes is more than enough to get a week's worth of cleaning done, which gives you the chance to really enjoy your downtime.
