Hello readers, here at FastKlean we have had one very busy summer as our Cleaning Company was very excited to be involved and be part of the Olympics too.
It was a great atmosphere all around London and we as a leading independent cleaning services provider had the opportunity and were invited to tender for a well known student hostels.
The hostels were accommodating athletes and guests over the Olympics period and required deep and regular daily cleaning.
We were approached by the client to provide an outstanding service with trained specialists and professionally clean hundreds of rooms.
As a result, we were asked to provide a cleaning service any time after new guests arrive and leave the accommodation.
There were many other London Cleaning Companies competing for this major contract.
In order to to win their approval, we had to provide Health and Safety certificates as well as other qualifications proving our Quality Management System.
Having been on the market for over 10 years and having access over 250 experienced and fully trained Professional Cleaners, we were confident we can completely satisfy and meet their visitors and guests expectations.
Our Cleaning Company uses the latest equipment and the most effective cleaning detergents available on the market for carrying out any cleaning work.
We had a large team of cleaners carrying out the cleaning, including window cleaners, carpet cleaners, upholstery cleaners and hard floor cleaners. The Complete Works included:
- Deep cleaning of all communal areas and kitchens.
- Deep cleaning of rooms and studios
- Cleaning of all tiled areas, floors, doors and corridors.
- Cleaning of the carpets and removing of chewing gums
- Cleaning of sofas and armchairs
- Internal and external Window cleaning
- Regular Daily cleaning
In addition, as we provided the above services in an excellent manner, the client also trusted and relied on us to provide handyman and laundry services at their premises for their guests and visitors.
The work was split into groups with a team leader appointed for each team – morning and afternoon.
The Professional Cleaners had to visit each student room and communal areas including kitchens and bathrooms using their top of the range cleaning products and equipment to make the areas absolutely spotless and livable again.
All our cleaning operatives are thoroughly vetted including CRB checks and extensively trained. All staff involved on this contract received instructions and training to help them comply and work as per the client’s detailed cleaning specification.
We had an accounts manager appointed to make sure all the targets were met and to carry out a site inspection at the end of the service as well as liaise with the client whenever necessary. Our supervisors were at the premises at all times organising the team’s objectives and monitoring the cleaning standards.
All requirements in regards to recycling were complied with and strictly followed.
The client was so impressed with the work carried out that they have asked us for many additional services and have actually recommended us as an approved supplier to the other branches.
