Hello dear readers, we at FastKlean are delighted to announce that we have taken on-board a new commercial client. Some time ago we were approached by an established letting agency operating in South London. They requested a Professional Cleaners for a recently refurbished block of flats.
The company that approached us is established in the South East of London for over 35 years. They offer an interesting and varied range of properties for clients new and old.
We were contracted to carry out a Professional Cleaners London of a total of 3 flats and the adjoining communal areas. Furthermore, external window cleaning services were also part of the contract.
The premises have been undergoing major refurbishment works for some time and they required a detailed and thorough Professional Cleaners. Some of their clients had recommended us to the management team and we were approached by them for an estimate for their latest properties due to go on the market.
Their manager approved our proposal and awarded us with the responsibility of cleaning the properties to the highest standard achievable. We also had a team to supervise the process and ensure that the service is going smoothly and hassle-free. The properties were left spotless, every surface sparkling, all windows cleaned and all flats were ready for buyers to view the following morning. All flats were dust free and all granite and stainless steel surfaces sparkling. Upon completion of the job, management were very impressed by the excellent service, flexibility and cost-effectiveness of the contract. FastKlean have now been entrusted with carrying out professional cleaning for all of the properties they manage and put on the market.
