Top-down clean
We work top-down: ceilings, light fittings, walls, vents, fixtures, then surfaces, then floors. Reversing this order is the #1 mistake amateur cleans make – dust just resettles.
Specialist materials & technique
Microfibre for dust capture (not displacement). Solvent-specific products for paint, silicone, adhesive. HEPA-filter vacuums for fine particulate. Wet-mop with neutral detergent for hardwood, not steam.
Detail finish
Every plug socket, switch, hinge, handle, plinth, skirting, frame, edge. The bits builders walk past – and the bits future occupants will absolutely notice.
Written completion report
At handover, we provide a written report of work completed, plus a record of any pre-existing damage we found (cracks, scuffs, marks) so you can address it with your contractor before sign-off.

Most 1–3 bedroom post-renovation properties fall between £280 and £620. Larger homes and whole-house refurbs can range up to £1,500+. We give you a fixed, written quote after a free site visit – never a ‘we’ll see on the day’ price.

Paint splatter, silicone, grout haze, and adhesive residue need specific solvents and technique – a standard domestic clean will leave most of it behind. We use HEPA vacuums, microfibre dust capture, and specialist products developed for this work.
For most 1–3 bedroom properties, yes – we typically complete a full after-builders clean in a single day with 2–3 cleaners. Larger or more complex projects take 2 days. We’ll tell you which on the site visit.
We remove the small leftover debris – bits of skirting, packaging, off-cuts. We don’t remove large quantities (that needs a skip), but we can recommend a same-week skip provider.
Any pre-existing scuffs, cracks, marks, or finishing issues we notice during the clean. It’s not a snagging report (your builder/surveyor handles that), but it’s incredibly useful for raising issues with your contractor before final sign-off.
We need building works to be complete before we start – no active drilling, sanding, painting, etc. If you have a multi-stage project, we can clean each completed phase separately.
Yes – we adjust products to the surface. Neutral pH for hardwood and marble. Non-abrasive for polished concrete and microcement. No bleach or strong acids on natural stone. Tell us about any specialist finishes on the site visit and we’ll plan accordingly.
We carry £10m public liability insurance. If anything is damaged during the clean (which is rare – we average <1 claim per 1,000 cleans), it's covered. The written pre-clean report also protects both sides by recording the state of the property on arrival.
Yes – we offer carpet shampoo, hard-floor polishing, and external window cleaning as add-ons. Bundling them with the after-builders clean saves you 10% and means a single mobilisation.
