But with more than one third (39 per cent) claiming to be too busy to stay in touch with friends and relatives it might be time for some Brits to turn to a cleaning agency to free up some personal relaxation time. According to head of American Express Insurance Services, the figures suggest that there are just not enough hours in the day for workers to fit everything in. He added: "Our research shows many Brits are letting their health, relationships and finances suffer as a result." Women seem to be suffering the most with half of females claiming to miss out on valuable 'me time' and 37 per cent sacrificing haircuts and personal grooming for other more essential demands. ![]() |
