A new environmentally friendly cleaning product has been launched by Dri-Pak.

The cleaning manufacturer's Laundry Oxygen Bleach is intended as a boost to domestic cleaning clothes washes.

However, rather than containing a heavy dose of petrochemicals and enzymes the new clothes cleaner instead uses concentrated mineral products.

Dri-Pak also claim that it will not reduce the colour of clothes, like some other pre-treatment stubborn stains.

It is also completely biodegradable.

Dri-Pak also manufacturer several other environmentally-friendly cleaning products, including bicarbonate of soda and white vinegar.

Meanwhile, rising oil prices are affecting the cost of chemical solvent products used for dry cleaning.

This is piling the pressure on dry cleaning firms, many of which are going out of business as a result.

However, containing no petroleum-derived chemical solvents, Dri-Paks new pretreating Laundry Oxygen Bleach are unlikely to be affected.
